What Items are Returnable?
- Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
- Items should be in original condition
- Items should be in the original packaging
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for return (unless the product dimensions, point of origin, or product specifications require additional fees)
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within your next billing cycle.
Is shipping Free?
This can vary depending on the terms set by the vendor.
My order never arrived
Check your order confirmation for your tracking number. If you still can't locate your order, please send us an email at email@example.com or contact the shipper (fedex,dhl,usps) directly for updates.
Shipping Time Frames
Typical orders will take anywhere from 3-10 business days to arrive with 24-48 hours processing time. Any delays that might occur will be updated via the tracking number provided to you via your email.
For international orders, the shipping time frames can vary by location, package size, and available logistic partners in the region. Vendors are required to list this information via their product listing.
How do we ship
We require all of our vendors to ship using Fedex, DHL, UPS, or USPS. Unless the products have special requirements, in these cases customers will be notified ahead of time regarding shipping expecations.
