How does the Wood Temple platform work?
The Wood Buying Process
1. A customer places an order through Wood Temple’s website
2. The order is placed and paid directly via PayPal
3. Wood Temple notifies the Seller about the new order
4. The Seller confirms the order payment status directly through Paypal
5. The Seller then ships the goods via our various carriers including FedEx, UPS, USPS or another qualified carrier

Who am I paying when I place an order?
You are directly paying the seller through PayPal. The seller is an individual and/or business and is not associated with Wood Temple as a company.
How does shipping work?
After your order is placed your seller ships your item directly to you. Wood Temple is a online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers and does not store the inventory or handle shipping.
Wood Temple is not involved in the actual transaction of money and goods between buyers and sellers, and does not transfer legal ownership of items from the sellers to buyers. As a result, Wood Temple has no control over the items advertised, or the ability of sellers to sell items, or the ability of buyers to pay for items.
Many times you can view the shipping method directly in the listing of the item they purchased. Otherwise contact the seller via email for this information if they have not already added tracking information to the order.
What happens if I have a dispute with my transaction?
Step 1: Contact the Seller
Your first step is to contact the seller if an issue arises. Most of the sellers on Wood Temple will be more than happy to resolve any issue you have to keep your business, so give them a chance to resolve your concern. Also note that issues that may involve your payment are time sensitive so please review PayPal’s Buyer Protection Guidelines for more information.
Step 2: Contact Wood Temple Directly
If you cannot resolve the issue by contacting the seller you can contact the Wood Temple customer support team. Wood Temple will attempt to resolve the issue by filing your claim and contacting the Seller directly. It is Wood Temple’s aim to create a safe, exciting and rewarding online shopping experience. We will do our best to resolve the issue directly on your behalf.
Step 3: File a Claim with PayPal
In order to get your money back, you will have to file a dispute with PayPal directly.

How can I get my money back?
You will need to file a claim with the PayPal Buyer Protection Program. Please note:
PayPal requires that you file a dispute within 180 days of your purchase
If you completed your purchase as a guest on PayPal without logging into an account, you must file your claim by phone.
My purchase is no longer eligible for PayPal Buyer Protection Policy. Can I still get a refund?
If your transaction falls outside of the payment processor's buyer protection policy, you may still be eligible to file a dispute, and possibly get a refund via the credit card company or bank you used to pay for the transaction.
Please contact your credit card company or the bank that was used in the transaction to find out if you are eligible.
